All our products are one-of-a-kind hand-made pieces. Small variations in size are to be expected. We use only solid hardwoods. Variations in color tone are to be expected. All our deliveries are door to door. We have a line of designs already available upon request. After an order is placed, we contact the client and give them a quote for delivery. If the item needs wooden crating, we give the client a quote for the wooden crate cost. Once the wooden crate cost is covered and it is built, we can measure accurately and give the client the exact shipping cost. We send a photo of the product in the crate. After we receive full payment, we deliver the product to our shipper’s warehouse at the airport. We will send another photo with the papers you will receive. You will be contacted by our shippers for date and time of delivery. For this we need an accurate address and phone number. If an order is custom the crate is already included in the price and we give the customer an approximate shipping cost for the client’s consideration. Once it is built, we give the client the final shipping cost.
Custom-made orders take from six (6) to (8) months to be delivered. Line pieces take from (4) to (6) months. If the item is not available at the time of purchase, a nonrefundable fifty percent (50%) deposit is required upon placement of order. Full payment is required prior to delivery. Under such circumstances the client will be consulted for approval or cancellation of order. Our designs are proprietary and subject to copyright laws. Custom orders are not subject to cancellation once production has started. Any change the client makes on the design of the order once production has started will be charged.
We comply with all federal and local shipping laws and requirements; however, we are not responsible for delays due to U.S. Customs and/or U.S. Agriculture Department searches or changes in shipping schedules.
